The Union Triangle is a residential historic district less than one mile from downtown Schenectady. Its Victorian and early 20th century buildings are home to college students, young professionals, growing families, and retirees. Shops, parks, theaters, libraries, and the scenic Union College campus are within an easy stroll.

Neighborhood Boundaries

The Union Triangle Neighborhood nestles between Union College, the G.E. Realty Plot historic district, and the Historic Union Corridor. The Union Triangle includes:

• Gillespie Street
• University Place between Union Street and Union Avenue
• Park Avenue between Union Street and Union Avenue
• Wendell Avenue between Union Street and Union Avenue
• Union Avenue from Union Street to Wendell Avenue
• The northern side of Union Street from Union Avenue to Wendell Avenue
