Barbara pledges to work for: LOWERING TAXES by: Avoiding needless expenditures Asking non-profit property owners to help pay for services they receive Lobbying for more money from Albany (Other equivalent size cities now get more) Continuing to partner with Metroplex to expand our commercial tax base Encouraging more new small businesses Sharing more city county services Taking advantage of our rich history, beautiful riverfront and historic buildings by developing our heritage tourism
